PiCCoLA Staff
Stacey Dlamini
Stacey Dlamini has worked with non-profits in South Africa and Canada for most of her career. She is motivated by seeing people reach for their goals, and finds it an immense privilege to play a part in their journey.
An optimist by nature, she finds strength in her faith, her family and a timely cup of coffee.
She relaxes by reading, spending time with her friends, hiking, and travel.
Nikkie Jardine
Nikkie Jardine is a long time instructor at PiCCoLA. She has a Master of Teaching degree from Griffith University, Australia, with a focus on math foundations. Prior to her
teaching degree, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Dalhousie University, Halifax.
In addition, while an instructor at PiCCoLA, she completed her
course work in the Bachelor of Social Work program at Dalhousie University, Halifax.
Nikkie has taught at all levels, from elementary , through high school, to adult learners. Adult education, however, has been her focus since 2009. She is committed to the success of the learners she teaches and genuinely enjoys coming to PiCCoLA each day to witness the hard work and determination of the adults in her
class.

Her background spans nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and strategic planning, all rooted in a deep commitment to learning and empowerment.

Bill Rafuse
Bill is part tech whisperer, part people wrangler—with 25 years of IT experience and a decade of training and facilitation to prove it.
He’s battled cranky servers, deciphered mysterious error codes, and turned “uh-oh” moments into “aha!” with a well-timed demo and a dad-level pun.
Whether untangling cables or confusion, Bill makes complex things feel simple, useful, and just a little bit fun.
